Island Surf #7 - 2 Bd Beach front & pool side condo w/ beach service!

Unit was very large, pool access right off your patio and beach access with beach service literally right behind the building. The unit was clean, comfortable and came with everything needed. Staying in Okaloosa Island is really the best bang for your buck when it comes to the Emerald Coast. The unit is minutes from FWB and Destin not much further. Plenty to see and do! Would highly recommend and looking forward to booking a stay next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a smaller property which allowed for plenty of room on the beach. Beach chair service was included which was nice. Our condo was super clean. The beds were really comfy! Living room furniture was also comfy. We didn’t cook at all but the appliances were all new it looked like and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We chose a downstairs unit so we were only steps from the sand. This is a great location. We will definitely book again.

Property was very nice. The only upgeades i would suggest would be an updated toilet and some grab bars in the shower. The toilet is very dated being short and round hard for older people. The shower being very nice, could use some grab bars for older people as well. We really liked the ground floor no stairs as we are an older couple. The tv was awesome with many viewing options. The kitchen was well appointed. The patio was wonderful as well. The beds were very comfortable although we only used one.

Everything was perfect and can only say positive things about it. Location could not have been better. Communication with property manager was excellent. Condo was immaculate. Loved every minute we were there!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was charged more than the rate that was listed on the website when I booked. I assumed it was my $250 deposit that I always get back after our stay but once I inquired about the deposit, they said they don't do refundable deposits anymore. Pool was not working the entire week of our stay. No compensation for the inconvenience of not having a pool. When I asked, I was told I rented the condo, not the pool. I wouldn't have rented a condo without a pool. I have stayed at this condo many times. I feel like the customer is not priority any longer. Things are getting outdated and needs more upkeep! I was pleased that I was not walked in on at 7am by the cleaning company on check out day this time.
