Noise Notice: The unit overlooks Kihei Road and the ocean — a prime central location within walking distance of everything. You may hear some road noise when the lanai door is open. If this will be an issue, please do not book.

MAUI ENVIRONMENT

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii — please don’t harm them. The HOA provides regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you notice excessive activity; we’ll work with the HOA to address it.
