Freshly remodeled in April 2024, this lovely 2 bed 2 bath condo in the heart of Gulf Shores has many wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance alongside beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. In the updated kitchen you'll find all the comforts of home with cooking supplies, equipped with brand new stainless appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinets. The living area has a wonderful view of the Gulf and a sofa sleeper in the for a little extra headroom. The master bedroomfeatures picture window overlooking the Gulf, a king bed and private bathroom with walk-in tile shower. The guest room has a queen size bed and twin over twin bunk and the guest bathroom has a tub with tile surround for those times when you just need to take a bath. The ground floor lobby has vending machines for snacks, drinks, and ice as well as seating inside. Outside, you'll find community grills and plenty of shaded seating to enjoy your lunch or break from the sunshine and of course, a pool!

Age requirement: 21. This means that the primary reservation holder, who will be staying in the unit the duration of the reservation, MUST be 21 at the time of booking.
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions

Parking: Passes are $40 per vehicle. ONLY ONE PASS PER UNIT IS ALLOWED FROM MAY 16 - LABOR DAY per HOA rules. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

This is not a pet friendly complex. You will be asked to vacate the unit if you are caught sneaking in a pet and will risk losing all funds.

* Please note- beach items are not provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be purchased from Suncoast Beach Service. * The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Kitchen includes- A starter set of trash bags(2), dish soap, dish detergent(1 use), paper towels(1 roll)

Bathrooms include- Toilet paper(1 roll each), travel size: Shampoo, body lotion, face soap, bath soap, trash bag(1 each)

While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
