This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program, which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets offer a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king bed and coastal decor, while the second bedroom includes a queen and twin sleeper sofa—perfect for families or small groups. Two full bathrooms, each with walk-in showers, make getting ready a breeze.

PARKING
There is a strict two (2) car parking pass maximum. During mid-may through Labor Day there is a one (1) parking pass limit at Island Sunrise

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Primary renter must be 25 years or older. This property is non-smoking. Monthly reservations are accepted from November through March. A car is recommended if you plan to explore beyond the immediate area.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
