Stayed Mar 14, 2020When we first arrived at the unit, it had not been cleaned and the stench was horrendous. Granted, the property owner agreed to move us to another unit so do think they did due diligence there. However, when we arrived at the new unit, there was construction going on in the unit above us and we had to call and ask them to cease the jackhammering...at least until 10 am when we could get ourselves togegther and head down to the beach. --- Thjs is at least the 20th+ time I've used HomeAway/VRBO and this was by far my worst experience yet. I do want to thank the property manager for refunding our stay though - that's what they should have done in offering good customer service.
