Stayed Mar 1, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, up-dated and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet. The only concern was that the elevator was broken down twice during the week we were there, including the day we left so we had to carry everything down. Not a huge problem unless someone was disabled and could not use the stairs. Do not hesitate to stay at this condo.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025Andrew was wonderful throughout entire process. As for the unit, Couch extremely uncomfortable and living room area needs some type of lamp. Unit well stocked and updated. Elevator was down for one day. If you don’t like to be awakened early the noise from the marina next door can be an issue. Due to the busy Dolphin Tiki bar, parking can be a problem during lunch and dinner hours.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Noisy as it’s close to the Dolphin Tikki. When we arrived the floor was dirty. The rental agent Marco Island Vacation Properties were brilliant and they sorted this out on Sunday morning - they were brilliant! The unit was very nice and modern with a comfortable main bed. The sofa was unbearable to sit on, we had to sit on the cushions from the balcony furniture!!! If you are not bothered about the noise then it’s a great place to stay but I wouldn’t rent this unit again. The swimming pools are also great! I would give Marco Island Vacation properties 5 stars and I will be renting from them again- Andrew Vale was brilliant !!!!!!!

Location is next to a marina (no beach at this location), but it's a very easy drive to the nearest public beach. Had a great time.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024Property was conveniently located, with easy access to pool, tennis, and Tiki Bar. Lanai caught the afternoon sun and condo was more than adequately appointed.
