Stayed Sep 14, 2025Overall, we enjoyed the condo but was very disappointed with the overall lack of cleanliness which we discussed with Tanya on our visit to your office. Upon arrival late on Sunday we could not locate the parking pass which was in an envelope that looked exactly like the Liquid Life cards thru out the condo. We could not locate a security person to let them know about our vehicle and reservation. Silverware and cooking utensils were dirty and I believe that it had a lot to do with the low temperature of the hot water. Two of the air conditioner vents were filthy, covered in mold/dust. There was no broom so we could sweep away beach sand. Several electrical outlets did not work and two light bulbs were burned out.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Easy to find. Great location with Pier 33 across street for grocery stuff we forgot and just off the main road. Great communication. Had everything needed for entry and exit. Only issue was there was only one roll of toilet paper for each toilet. With a house full of women that was not enough for 4 days. But all in all it was fantastic. Would stay here again for sure (just bring an extra roll ?).

Stayed Jun 1, 20243 bed & bath was great ! Great view , big balcony with good furniture including a chaise ! Close to the parkway so easy to get to things . Always had parking available! Security Joe at building was friendly & helpful & the kids enjoyed saying Hi to him ! Cons- pool on the small side & no bathroom on pool or beach level but that’s a building issue . The condo was fantastic! Could use new pillows & a couple extra blankets but that’s minor .
