Very clean. Loved the 3 bathrooms. A couple of things, living room rug was pretty dirty. That is it !!

The spacious condo was exactly like it is advertised. Very clean. Great communication with the owner. Had one tiny issue that was handled immediately. We liked the location. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view is absolutely amazing — we could have spent all day just soaking it in. The condo itself has everything a family could need, making it easy and comfortable to feel right at home. The owners were fantastic to work with — responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This property was everything and more! It was 110% clean when we arrived, fully stocked with all the essentials and more, and the view of the Gulf was AMAZING. We have never used VRBO before and now I think we will never stay at a hotel again! The location was perfect, right on the beach in a quieter area west of Destin. The white sand beach was perfect. It was an amazing family vacation with our adult children and 17 yr. old!

We had so much staying right on the gulf! Lots of fun!!

The condo was clean and comfy. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front bedrooms to block the lights from the hallways. The dining room chairs need to be replaced, the seats are broken in 3out of 6.

We booked our stay two days before arriving. It exceeded our expectations and we had a great time. Thank you!

There were some cosmetic things that could be fixed. The only thing I would complain about is the elevators and stairs. One elevator was closed for a few days while we were there and everyone seemed to be waiting for one elevator. It wasn’t awful taking the stairs but they only went to the 5th floor and then you would have to find the other stairs to take you up. I would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was functional, easy to use and equipped with everything. If we needed help with anything like extra blankets, the house keeper was quick and responsive.
