Stayed Jan 4, 2023The condo is older but very clean and has a great view of the ocean. We loved having a beach on both sides of us. The snorkeling is great here with awesome food within walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is not an indictment of the Kamaole Nalu nor Ali'i - both are first class. We've stayed at Kamaole Nalu 4 wonderful times now, and this unit is the poorest we have stayed in. It's livable, but this unit needs work. The stove is the original and cooking on it was a major chore - and my wife is an amazing cook. We had leaks coming down through the screen above the 2nd bedroom shower. There was nothing there when we arrived - salt, pepper, a few spices, sugar - none of those were there. Very unusual for any rental, The cutlery, pot/pans and dishes were also a mish-mash. Alii brought us a small cooler and a 4th beach chair (3 is an odd number). Ali'i and Jeff were wonderful and handled any difficulties as best they could, but not too much they could do. Kamaole Nalu gets 5 stars, but this unit just the 1.
