Stayed Dec 8, 2019Great location. We loved the private beach that had the turtles visit every day we were there. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics. There is also a garden that you can get herbs from! We would definitely like to come back.

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Nice unit in great location. Everything was fine except for the musty, rank odor in the unit. We can’t recommend staying here unless the carpet in the bedroom is replaced with a tile or LVP. Management claimed they could not smell anything. We did not want to waste any more of our limited time on Maui so we stayed put and made the most of it. The management company was very responsive otherwise and addressed other issues very quickly.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025Junior was a great help when we arrived. We arrived when it was dark and he showed us where are unit was and carried our luggage to the unit for us. He was very helpful during our stay!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are two octogenarians (one local and one not) and good sports and managed well and laughed a lot enjoying the aged property. Fortunatelywe could grab the odd thing from the local's Ohana. The decor and furnishings except for the exasperating tv, were functioning. It was great!

Reviewer Comments: The property itself was in good condition, other than a showerhead that needs to be repaired. The Kitchen was not clean with several Pots and Pans needing to be washed before we used them. Kitchen Utensils were very limited. We didn't ask for any assistance from Sullivan Properties, but would probably choose to stay at another Condo in Kahana Sunset rather than go back to B1B,

The one bedroom unit was good a few things needed to be attended to, but for the most part the experience was good to very good.

The staff was great as always. The unit was very clean but starting to show its age. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the small tv in the living room with a larger set and move the small television into the bedroom. We’ll be back.
