Charming and comfy for two (and two more on the sleeper sofa), 202C is an open concept efficiency condo featuring brand new furnishing with a costal vibe. There's a Dining Table for 4, a King Sized Bed with new mattress, comfortable seating, Sleeper Sofa, new flat screen TV in the living room. Luxury wood vinyl plank flooring throughout, no carpet. Gorgeous, newly remodeled Full Bath with a Walk In Shower. Newly remodeled Kitchen with all dishware, cookware and tableware. There's free cable TV and Wifi! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

But you will be spending most of your time out on the private 2nd floor balcony. With a beautiful view of the island, including a partial view of the turquoise waters of the Gulf, you can sit for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PET POLICY which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, offers you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

    We were searching for a vacation rental on the beach, expecting a peaceful getaway. A mere week before check-in, the host sent a deceptive email claiming the beach was closed for renovations, backed by a fraudulent government link alleging the construction would wrap up by March 25th. With time running out, we were trapped—unable to cancel or find an alternative—so we were forced to stomach this unacceptable situation. I’ve spoke the supervisor overseeing the beach renovation, who revealed the work has dragged on for ages and won’t finish anytime soon. The host deliberately hid this disaster, along with the unbearable reality of relentless construction surrounding the property—blasting loud noise and demolition equipment everywhere, with no space for photos or footage to capture the chaos. The balcony? It stares straight into a grim parking lot and the adjacent construction dump. The only shred of truth in the listing is that the apartment is newly renovated and fits a family of four, but it’s a privacy-free zone with no bathroom fan. If you want a quiet family escape, steer clear of this nightmare. The host is a blatant liar. I’m taking this further—I’m filing hard-hitting complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Florida Attorney General (FL AG) against the host and VRBO for what’s nothing short of extortion.

    Beach closed on arrival - check to make sure bulldozers are gone.Unit itself very nice, clean, everything you need in kitchen.Building itself is old. Surrounding area-view from balcony is parking lot & bldg next door still empty-partial view of ocean.Not really family friendly, lots of elderly not young adults or young families.No restaurants in walking distance. The strip mall across the street newly open in January has a surf shop, ice cream shop, and clothing store.Tennis courts/pickleball difficult to use. Communication with management company not great.

    Open concept - bedroom, living room and kitchen. There is a dividing wall that be open or closed for privacy when going to bed. The unit faces the parking lot, but you can still see a bit of the ocean. Kitchen can easily be used to cook meals. Spent most of the time at the pool or beach. There are some umbrellas for shade in the front closet. There is a grocery store a short drive away that was helpful.
