Stayed Jun 4, 2022The property was clean and well equipped for anything you could need. There were 2 couples in our group and we were all comfortable. We weren't in the condo much as we were exploring Ft Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and having fun shelling and kayaking! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022This is our 2nd year coming to Estero Tennis & Beach Club and although the complex is a little dated it's in great shape , clean and a great location! I worry about the natural beach however because it wasn't as wide as last year and I fear if they don't do something, erosion is going to take it out. Overall we would definitely stay again if we come to the Fort Myers area.

Stayed Apr 2, 2022The condo was well equipped for our needs. The furnishings comforable and practical for beach vacation with decorating touches so appealing. Bed the most comfortable we ever slept in. Property is well maintained with just a short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was awesome. Sunset picture perfect and we took many. A great opportunity to see birds and dolphins. We even saw a manatee swim by. The location is great just to do nothing or take excursions or do water activities. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful respite.

Stayed Oct 9, 2021The location was pretty good. We had a really good time. The only thing lacking was the room. It was wiped down, but not clean at all. The overhead light in the kitchen is also a ceiling fan. The fan worked, but the light did not. The dishwasher didn't work. There was no ironing board. The blinds were broken. The balcony door didn't lock. The comforter had stains all over it. There was a mess left under the bathroom sink. It looks like something spilled a long time ago and was never cleaned up. The only A/C is a unit like you would find in a hotel room. There's no thermostat to adjust. They actually tell you (when you get there) not to turn the temperature down below 74 degrees because it will freeze up. It was so HOT! There are a couple fans left for you that are also gross and dusty, but they did help keep us cool. Also, there were bugs at the beach that had all of us itching like crazy the whole week. I guess they are called noseums. You can't see them and don't know you've been bit until the middle of the night or the next morning when you start itching. I know there are some things I'm forgetting, but you get the point.

Stayed Aug 11, 2021We loved staying at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Unit 1006C had an amazing view, and we enjoyed that view on the balcony and every room! The kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We appreciated the diligence of the management at Kathy Nesbit Vacations, and would definitely rent any of their listings as a result. We love the quiet beach setting of EB&TC, where it's easy to find beautiful shells and beautiful birds. As for indoor furniture, we found the living room and bedroom furniture to be very comfortable. Past reviews noted the lack of an oven; however there was a convection oven/microwave that we used and found we could make a meal very easily. That's a great solution! The only thing we might recommend is a table on the balcony for outdoor dining...but it may be that this unit is too high for such furniture. We would definitely recommend this unit and the management team.

Stayed Jun 15, 2021The pictures were exactly as advertised. We loved the location. Crazy that only one roll of paper towels and toilet paper are provided for the week. As well as one garbage bag. Pack an extra garbage bag or two in your suitcase and go to the nearest store for the rest. Umbrella, 2 beach towels and 2 chairs were furnished. Made the beach days easy. Small cooler in the closet and ice blocks in the freezer were a plus. The drying rack was great. Hope this info helps the next person. Will definitely recommend this condo to others. Had a problem with the toilet and it was resolved quickly! Staff was very attentive. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great week overall! We rented bikes and used the trolley system, so we were able to access quite a few places without needing a rental car. Easy access to Lover’s Key- fun to see manatees while paddle boarding! Also close to parasailing and jet ski rentals. The condo has a great view of the gulf and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony! The blinds were broken, but the maintenance guy did come fix them quickly. The AC was pretty loud, but functional. It was easy to exchange linen when needed.
