Love this place! Enough room for everyone to fit comfortably and phenomenal view of the beach! Only thing is that the place could use some updating compared to the other rentals we’ve stayed in at Tides Tops’l. Would stay here again!

The patio/balcony overlooking the ocean and pools, was very large and the family spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen seemed to be updated, and I love the no hassle check in/check out process. The furniture in the living room is very old and worn. The guest bed was so uncomfortable and squeaky, our 27 year old opted to sleep in the kiddie bunk bed because it was more comfortable. The kitchen is updated but the bathrooms are not. Ultimately, we threw sheets over the furniture, showered with water shoes and problem solved. The views and location were so great it cancelled out any negatives for us. We’d definitely still go back. No questions asked.

We were so fortunate to have found this place last minute right on the beach in one of our favorite areas. We had such a wonderful stay and the condo was just what we wanted.

Tides has great view. Was cleaning and stocked and super easy online check in with phone. We walked in and went to the beach. Has a wonderful stay will be back

My husband and I had a terrific weekend in this property. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was as described. The view was gorgeous! Loved the balcony! Short drive to shopping and dining options. Would stay again.

The amenities on site were very nice, and our youngest enjoyed the kids’ activities. The rental itself is in good shape. The dryer did not work. The rental company did offer to do a laundry service in exchange, but we couldn’t leave our towels or clothing for 24 hours, so we went without washing or drying which was a minor inconvenience. I do appreciate they responded quickly though. The condo is spacious. The inclusion of folding chairs was nice to take to the beach with us. The master bed was very hard, but I know mattresses are often a personal preference and that others might like that. Overall it was a good stay, and we’d come to Tops’l Tides again.

If you want to know what the Tides at Tops'l looked like when it was built in 1998, just rent this unit. This is our 8th stay at these condos, and they are wonderful. But do not pick this unit. Find one that has been updated. They updated the kitchen, but the flooring and bathrooms are original. The key was rusted into the safe, the closet doors were rusted and broken. The shower was God-awful. The owners clearly don't care, since the views will sell the place. But, there are much better units in the condo building Renter beware.

There were plenty of places to sit inside and outside; the beds were comfortable; and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week's stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone searching for a relaxing place to vacation!
