Island comfort meets stylish coastal living

Really nice and convenient to walk to the beach. Latch on patio was broken.

The condo is small but clean. I think it’s time to replace the shag carpet in the loft.We had a nice stay.

Great price for the location!! The unit was very nice, clean, and included wonderful amenities such as beach gear, kitchen supplies, guidebook, etc. I highly recommend this unit!!

We stayed at Maui Vista for 9 days and overall had a great experience. The unit was beautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities we needed—comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and more. The only minor inconvenience was the single key access via a combo lock, which was a bit tricky for our group of four adults.The property itself was in excellent condition, very clean and well-kept. However, we did have a couple of small issues. We arrived at 4 a.m. and found the security staff to be less than welcoming. Later in our stay, we were asked to keep the noise down at the pool while playing with our young children around 7:30 p.m.—even though quiet hours weren’t until 10 p.m.That said, both the unit and the grounds exceeded our expectations. A little more warmth in the hospitality would have made it perfect.

Beautiful, clean condo in a great location with easy access to beaches right across the street! The condo was packed with all the amenities we needed for our family of 6 and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made our stay so enjoyable. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and made our stay so relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was as described and equipped with beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear. Appreciated the comfy beds and air conditioning. Convenient parking and great central location. My Perfect Stays manages the property and they were excellent to deal with and responded quickly when we needed a few things done in the condo.I would highly recommend them. Would be nice to have more cleaning supplies as we were there for a month. As well a few power bars to use for charging as most outlets were used.

Vacation spot was in a great location, walking access to most of the restaurants in the area! Beach access across S Kihei was awesome, and they provided beach chairs and umbrellas which was very considerate. Well stocked and the bed sizes were perfect for a family of 4 with only one child. All questions were promptly answered.

The check in was great very flexible in allowing us to check in early . I believe this New owners for this condo and they were very responsive to our request to fix few minor deficiencies . The building is quiet and across the street from road to Charles young beach for sunrise and set reflections .

This property provided us a better haven to launch our days and relax our nights! So close to everything Kihei had to offer! Our hosts went out of the way to make certain we were not lacking for ANYTHING we could possibly need! Beds were comfortable, so every morning we could attack our day be it beach, pool, shopping, or all of them! Thanks for Everything
