Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The trip was fabulous...the condominium was very nice and comfortable. A little more attention could have been paid to the carpets but overall it was a wonderful stay.

It is in a great location on Sanibel, which is in our opinion the best beach around. The condo had everything we needed and we had a wonderful week away!

The amenities were fine. The lanai was nice size and an adequate view of the water. Our favorite restaurant, the Sandbar, was close by! Thank you, SVP staff, for pointing us in the direction of this unit!

Stayed Feb 29, 2020Our family has been coming to Sanibel for over 10 years. We love IBC and will certainly come again! The only change I would make are room darkening curtains for the bedrooms. Other than that...perfect!
