Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great view from IBC-360D. So close to the beach you feel like you are on it. Lots of wildlife to watch and easy to see. No binoculars needed except for viewing boats that are farther out.

You can enjoy the beach from the comfort of the wrap around lanai. I have enjoyed this sliver of paradise for many years and plan to continue.

We washed them ourselves and noticed them to be whiter, etc. after our cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been renting this condo for 8 years; spending a lot of money for it. The twin beds have never been great, but this year they were horrid. Felt like we were sleeping in a hammock-they were that saggy with no support.(We all had backaches.) We also found flat, old pillows in both bedrooms, along with the same dated bedding-still showing it's wear in the Master bedroom. We reached out to Select staff to let them know and they're always gracious about making sure the owners know any concerns. Will things change? We sure hope so. As courteous and loyal renters, we don't think it's asking too much to have comfortable beds for the price we're paying. The reality is: this unit will always be rented because of the stellar view. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't appreciate: how well-appointed kitchen is now, the updated bathrooms, as well as the comfortable living room with Smart TV. But, come on! The beds and bedding really should be addressed. Please.

We had a great condo to come back to after a day on the beach, or a sight seeing tour, or going to eat at one of the great restaurants on the island. It was the closest we have ever stayed to the water.

Strong Wifi (a must with kids). They even had a nice welcome 'goody bag' for us! Really seemed like they had everything covered! Chris even sent a beach pic to us the day before with a note!
