Stayed Apr 16, 2022Sanibel is beautiful. We’ve been several times and this unit was perfect. Place was well stocked and clean. Beach was about 20 yds away. Unit provides bikes (check them out before renting) umbrellas, chairs for use at beach. Located centrally and we were able to bike everywhere. Condo had a nice pool that was also clean and well kept and has some shade for a break from the sun. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was well maintained and well equipped for our needs. The unit is a closed walk to the beach and it comes equipped with all the toys you need, chairs, umbrellas and bikes to tour the island bike trails. It has nice views of the beach as well. Is dog friendly, our pups had a great time, so for us dog lovers that is a plus. The property managing company was easy to deal with. It provided us with clear instructions for the stay, arrival and departure, and the few questions that I had were quickly answered. Overall we all had pleasant stay a this property.

Needed to contact the management company regarding beach chairs since a couple were broken. They responded very quick and supplied all new. Nice ocean view from condo and lots of peace and quiet during the stay. Would recommend this condo and I would stay again.
