I.S.107- Charming! Ground Floor Only Steps to the Beach! Beach Service Included!

This was a great place to base our family vacation, the kids wanted to stay and move in!

Condo had everything we needed and was very clean with great decor, comfortable bed and sofa. Only a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Ground floor made it easy to access from car and beach.

This property was everything it was described as and more.The host were always keeping us updated.The beach was perfect,never crowded and always had an umbrella and chairs available.We will be back!

Very clean and nicely decorated

This condo was perfect!! Very easy and close access to the beach plus chairs and umbrella everyday. It was a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The owners were very good with communication and checking that everything was okay. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend!!!

We love the small condo complex and beautiful beach. The patio beach side was very relaxing. Inside the home is very well equipped, organized and clean. What capped off the perfect stay was the host being informative and pleasant.

Perfect anniversary trip! This condo was literally steps away from the beach. No elevator to go down, no pool gates to go through, the beach was at the back door. The owners were so nice and they checked on us before we came, during, and after our stay. We flew in, used uber to get us there and had walmart deliver our groceries. We walked to The Beachview restaurant literally a 6 minute walk for breakfast one morning. We took a uber to Destin one day. We will be back again

Owners are amazing, condo is thoughtfully and beautifully designed and decorated, we loved the seahorse theme! Truly steps to boardwalk making easy access to beach for my disabled son. Pool crystal clear and again steps to. Truly blessed even added an extra night. Sunsets are beyond beautiful!

Such a great spot on the beach! The easy access of the boardwalk was key in our booking decision and it turned out to be exactly what we needed! The property was very clean and accommodating to our family of 5. I know where I’m staying the next time I’m in FL

We really loved this condo. Very clean, and a smaller and quiet complex. It was so close to both the beach and pool. Loved the beach service and not having to carry chairs/umbrella to and from the beach! The owners are very attentive and accessable for questions. We would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

When our daughter’s soccer team was eliminated in our tournament in Orlando, we decided to start our trip back to Texas and have some beach time. Found this place and it was perfect. Well furnished with all we needed! Right on the beach. Quick response and answers to any questions. Quieter beach area but Destin close if you want that. We would definitely book here again!

Love Island Sands, this was our 3rd time to stay here, but 1st time in 107. Very nice decor, very clean, would love to stay there again.

The condo was super nice - very clean. The area was quiet and surprisingly close to several restaurants and attractions. The hosts were wonderful! I had forgotten my phone inside the condo on the first day, had forgotten my code - luckily - my husband had his phone and we were able to reach the owners and they responded quickly! Steps to the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice clean condo and a super comfy bed! We loved our stay and will be back!

Great condo on the beach! Wake up and catch the sunrise, close the day down at sunset. Great way to start and finish the day with plenty of beautiful blue/green gulf and white sand in between. Super condo and well laid out & decorated. Couldn’t ask for more.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, steps from the beach, close to anything we needed, very private. Property owner could be reached if we needed anything, very attentive! We will definitely return for another vacation!

Lovely beachfront condo. Accurate description. Looked exactly as pictured. We cooked all but one meal, and were so impressed with the completeness of kitchen supplies (pizza pan/cutter, blender, baking dishes, etc). Beach service was nice and the unit was so close to the boardwalk, making it incredibly convenient. Perfect size for our family of 5!

Clean, nicely decorated, affordable condo on ground floor just steps from beach access. Plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Loved the exterior storm door going into condo that allowed easier access to unit especially when hands were full. Quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet unpopulated family oriented beach. We loved our stay here!

Great location! Very clean. Loved being right on the beach. The owners are super friendly and very helpful! Can’t recommend this condo enough! Just say yes! I do wish they had left more trash bags and dishwasher soap. Would also recommend bringing laundry detergent.

This is our second stay in Steven’s condo. It was just as great as the first time! They even updated the boardwalk to the beach so that was a nice surprise! King bed is super comfy with lots of pillows which we love.
