Ironwood Country Club Condo in Palm Desert, California

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). It was quiet and felt very private. We largely had the pool to ourselves. The private patios were the perfect place to sit and read a book and enjoy a morning coffee, or wine and hors d’oeuvres after a day of swimming. We had everything we needed and the daily fresh picked grapefruit put this place over the top! We will return!!

Every year we come down to Palm Desert for spring break to soak up some sun and enjoy some heat. This location is perfect it’s literally right inside the gate and the pool is literally right outside the back door. Hose is fully stocked with whatever you might want and need. Beds are very comfortable and the entire area is very quiet and relaxing. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to escape crazy busy life for a few days of r&r and peace and quiet.

The condo is immediately to the left upon entering Ironwood CC so so easy to access and egress to Palm Desert.There were no neighbors adjacent to us during our stay so it was as quiet as a church and no one at the pool other than ourselves. The evenings enjoying the terrace overlooking the pool with a cocktail were most serene. The bbq has house gas connected and works just fine. The kitchen is fully equipped for full meal sevices with plates, pans, glassware, cups etc including a Nespresso capsule maker plus auto drip maker. There is a plethora of books to read, board games to play if you choose. Two VERY large BR's with ensuite showers (room with 2 queen beds has tub/shower arrangement), large walk in shower in King room. Great water pressure and super shampoo, conditioner amentieis (Aveda Johnson's baby shampoo). BR tv's had access to local network channels but large smate tv in LR was LG web access and ROKU premier so great for streaming if you have streaming accounts to Netflix, Amazon etc. I mirrored my phone to the LR tv to stream my favorite news programs. This is ideal for a couple, two couples or a family where kids could share the 2 Queen br. Grapefruit tree outside for picking fresh fruit for juice or fruit is a nice touch. We would very much recommend this unit to stay and would hope to rebook on our next visit to Palm Desert. Melissa is a most responsive host and instantly responds to queries and requests.

What a lovely stay Ironwood is such a wonderful neighbourhood! The fresh grapefruits off the tree in the morning were a wonderful gift and the all but private pool!! The condo was very comfortable and well appointed
