Seemed safe & pretty secure. Unit needs new balcony furniture. Uncomfortable & very wobbly set. Beds not too comfortable. Needs some touch up painting and & a little deep cleaning. Great location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for 3 years in a row now and every year its age shows just a little bit more. Last year there was heavy mold in the back bedroom and this year the carpet were filthy. A major water leak in the unit above created rain in this unit, causing the carpets to become saturated in some areas. My hope is they will be replaced soon. Only had 4 forks, but the rest of the kitchen is stocked well. Chairs & couch felt musty.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024We loved the property, it’s decor, location, and views. It was very spacious, and having three bathrooms was very nice. I even hosted spaghetti dinner for friends staying at another condo. Party of 14! The only thing I would recommend would be an upgraded matress in the master and living room furniture. Will be back!

It was as described, and had a beautiful view of the beach. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room - only minor issues were the carpet was rather stained (although clean), and there were only 4 forks! For a place that sleeps 8, 4 forks isn't really enough :) It was a nice stay for the money, and I would recommend this location. They had it ready early, which was a pleasant surprise! If you're looking for a family location, this is a good place.
