IP 309: Splash of Paradise - Dreaming of the Gulf It’s Time to Unwind!

We loved this condo. Perfect for a family beach vacation. Lots of extras provided like skim boards, etc. The view was wonderful and the beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely return.

Had issues with the toilet in the second bathroom not flushing and found a dirty spoon under the bed in the third bedroom wrapped in a dirty wash cloth. Unit was very noisy, but was expected with the proximity to the pool. Overall was a good vacation.

Beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom. We had so much fun. I would highley recommend this place. Beds were so comfortable. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some more kitchen items. We cooked every night and I know some go out to eat. I don’t like getting ready after a long day on the beach. We wanted to maximize our time on the beach. So I would suggest a spaghetti pot, more frying pans, a casserole dish and new knives. Other than that it had everything else you needed. We even left some left over Tupperware for the condo. We had a lot and ate the next day with left overs for lunch. Saved so much money. The condo had a vacuum and broom to help keep sand at bay. Everything was clean and towels were supplied. I hope you enjoy your vacation as much as we did. We will be back.

The property is not clean, many broken things, the kitchen is missing some essentials, but the location was great & right on the beach
