I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit great location but a foam pad on a bad mattress is still a bad mattress. Bit disappointing if you’re there for awhile. Otherwise well appointed. We had a small problem, Brooks and Shorey were extremely responsive, they are great to work with from start to end...thank you

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing time in Ft. Walton. The condo is close to lots of food, the Boardwalk is 5 minutes away and easy access to the beach. Great view from the 2nd floor balcony of the ocean. AC wasn't working when we got there but thankfully the weather was cool so no big deal and they came to fix it quickly without fuss! The two chairs that came with the unit were nice and they had someone to set them up each morning. The pull out couch is not comfortable very thin mattress/adults would not enjoy but for kids it was fine:) Heated pool and jacuzzi were favorites for the kids. Overall great unit, great location and would love to come back again!
