Stayed Dec 24, 2024Good location and communication from management company. Unit was dingy, not clean and lacked basics like a hair dryer, trash bags…. Unit sleeps 8 and we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for two night and told rest was our responsibility. Would not stay in this unit again although would stay in area

Stayed Apr 12, 2025I chose this condo because it had a pool but it turned out to be closed during my stay. This was some kind of planned long term closure (1-2 months) despite the listing saying that the pool was open year-round. I paid a little extra to get something with a pool and the kids were looking forward to swimming but c'est la vie... Property manager hasnt made an attempt to make it right despite being told of the closure.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025Great stay for a family of 6. The condo had a great amount of space which was great for my kids. Although, the furnitures and doors were older than most modern condos, it was worth the trade off!!! Hot tub was great as well!! It’s definitely a ski-in place, but it’s a stretch to say that it is a ski-out. You need to take a shuttle to the snow flake lift or you can walk uphill, which is hard for the kiddos. Shuttles come every 10 mins, so it was not a big deal. Nevertheless, it was a great stay! We would come back here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Comfortable and clean, but could use some updating. Very convenient to Main Street. Traffic noise could be very loud at times because it overlooks a busy road

Stayed Mar 3, 2024We had a great stay at Pine Ridge and 5 great days of skiing at Breck. The house is quite comfortable and roomy with a great open floor plan between kitchen, living room, and dining area. We found the beds to be equally as comfortable with foam mattresses. The location is perfect for access to town and the slopes. That said, I would not classify it as ski-in/ski-out. It is definitely a ski-in house as the 4 O'Clock run brings you just feet from the entrance and is clearly marked with a sign on the trail. The Snowflake lift, however, is about 3/10ths of a mile up a steady incline and with ski boots and gear can be quite the hike. Fortunately, however, the FreeRide shuttle picks up right at the property driveway and will deliver you to the lift in seconds or choose to stay on and head directly over to another of the peak bases.
