Stayed Jan 11, 2023Easy to El Paseo and a clean unit. Not the most functional unit but the location made up for it. It was a great value and the tennis courts and heated pool were a plus. For the value we would stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very clean. Great location for walking to El Paseo and enjoying the many restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well equipped. Early morning and afternoon trash trucks were noisy. The complex was very quiet except from the aforementioned. quiet. A slat is missing from vertical blinds covering the window in primary bedroom. Early morning sun shinning through the window was problematic. 2 slats are missing from the guest bedroom window. Overall we had a nice vacation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Walk to everything! Very clean and the host thought of everything. Parking is steps from condo. Had a little trouble finding the parking lot but Mo at Vacasa was so helpful. It is so quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 9, 2022Location couldn't be more convenient for any desert activity - easy access to Palm Desert, Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Indian Wells, etc. Free parking & comfortable bed make this a lovely spot for your next trip.

Stayed Jan 9, 2022This unit was great to discover Palm Desert and El Paseo. Easy walk and great place to visit. On negative side no washer dryer in unit (shared facility) and no gym.
