Inviting Condo w/ a Shared, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Room & Sauna

Have family in the same complex. Location was everything for us!

The condo complex is very nice. Beautiful pool and clubhouse. The grounds are very well kept. The location is close to the bike trail, a park with pickleball courts and several restaurants.That being said, the unit we stayed in wasn’t clean. We had to vacuum and mop the floors when we got there. The kitchen cabinets were dirty. We had to clean out the pantry cabinets in order to have a place for our food. The windows and screens and the patio were filthy. Although the furniture looked nice, it was very uncomfortable and the bed in the master was also uncomfortable. And there was no cable. All in all, a disappointing experience.

I loved the condo. It was clean. I had a few simple issues ie the hot tub not being hot at 10pm. The response and resolution were immediate. I felt like I had a home away from home but with an amazing pool. I would go here again anytime.

I enjoyed my three weeks today. Everything seem to be in order.

Hi, We really liked the accommodations! We sayed there for 2 weeks in November and we had a great time! The quailty of the apartement is good by our standard, and also clean and well equipped! Aslo the booking service, with mail and SMS when we arrived was very good. I can definitely recommend it .

Overall this is a nice place. It is a good location for North Scottsdale. Reasonably priced for no frills. It would help if there were better details about the location of the condo in the complex. Took awhile to find it. Better clear direction on the parking also. One of the better beds I have had at a VRBO property. Had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Not sure what the deal is with the blinds is. Didn’t feel like they created much privacy at night and didn’t block out much of the morning light. Great ceiling fans in each room. Made the air flow well. Couldn’t figure out why the lights on them would randomly come on at different times day and night. Like I said, overall this property worked for us. If I had to stay in this area again, I would probably go ahead and stay here mostly for the price.

Nice quiet place to stay. The amenities were nice and clean for people to use.

The condo was beautiful having two full bathrooms with two girls helps. The best part of the trip is doing the wash before we leave and packing up clean clothes in the suitcase to be put away when we get home tomorrow. Thank you for the opportunity we’d love to come back. People are very friendly here in your community of the condos.
