Inviting Beachfront Condo | Pool, Spa & Views

Beautiful condo, our favorite area of the island. Very clean, and easy to park.

We loved our first stay at Sea Winds on Marco Island! The property was well furnished and had plenty of space for our family of 5! The views of the sunrises, sunsets, beach, and storms rolling in were impeccable. We were even able to watch the dolphins playing from the balcony! The unit had beach necessities, including a beach wagon, which we truly appreciated. The kitchen was wonderfully organized with utensils, cooking needs, coffee maker and coffee cups. The only issues we had were:We arrived late in the evening and had a difficult time finding the office (off site) to retrieve the keys, but once we located the office, check in was a breeze. The unit we stayed in could use a washer/dryer upgrade…the dryer had a very loud knocking noise with every load(small or larger), and if planning to do more than 1 load, be sure to pick up some laundry pods!Overall, we would consider returning and recommend Sea Winds to our friends and family for their Marco Island trip.

Unit is overall clean but had an issue with the bath tub not being as clean as it should be and a slight insect issue which was dealt with immediately by the property management company. Easy beach access with beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, shovel, etc.) provided.Nice pool area with jacuzzi and restrooms in same area. Easy walking to area restaurants and other activities.

The deck chairs are comfortable and we liked watching the sunset every night. The beds are very comfy, the kitchen has all the necessities and more. Very clean and the property itself is well maintained.

Downside was that our only elevator to our condo was out-of-service for 6 days. Walking 7 flights was not fun.

We had a great week. Condo was wonderful, clean, great kitchen with all appliances/tools, beachfront (awesome sunsets) walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, shopping. All around great spot. Would come back!

The pool and hot tub are great too.The only negative of this unit is that it lists a sofa bed as sleeping two people and there isn’t actually a sofa bed so it really only sleeps four people. They need to change the listing.

This vacation was magical, and a wonderful family getaway. The condo is well equipped, my greatest concern is the height of all the beds. They ate not standard height and pose a real hazard for anyone who is of a shorter stature or in some way disabled. I was kindly offered a stepstool, but the height of the bed would make getting off the bed a challenge. Maybe a slide would work better.LOL. The rental company was amazing and the condo itself was wonderful.I would definitely stay there again, but I would bring an inflatable for me.
