Stayed Jul 2, 2025I stayed at this condo with my 3 boys. We had a great time. Sunrise views from our balcony. We were able to watch the local fireworks on the balcony as well. They enjoyed the sports courts, arcade, and pools. We will be back

Stayed Jun 23, 2022Master bedroom shower is too small, need to update shower controls. The air supply and exhaust vents where all dirty. Furnishings are outdated. No directions were provided on the controls for hvac unit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sea Watch 1303 has many amenities and a great view overlooking the beach in the playground. This unit is very close to the beach. Would definitely stay again
