The neighborhood is the Abbot House Condos, an affordable and well-located condo complex built in the late 1960s in Sunriver, Oregon. Getting Around:

To get around Sunriver, the best options are driving, biking on the extensive paved trail system. Biking is particularly popular due to Sunriver's flat terrain and over 40 miles of dedicated trails, which connect residential areas, shops, and recreation spots. For longer distances or trips outside the community, driving your own vehicle is the most practical method, while ride-sharing is available as an alternative.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location to the village, right across the parking lot. The place was a bit outdated, no AC, no amenities like shampoo, salt & pepper etc. but would stay here again, beds were comfortable, fans for windows, great back deck. Only came in for a 2-day concert and didn't hang out at the house much.

    Good location right next to the village. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs, but were surprised on arrival to learn that the dogs couldn’t be left unattended in the condo. This was problematic for us since we have two dogs and only one kennel was provided. Plus, my dogs aren’t crate trained. I wish we had been informed of this rule in advance. It also would have been nice if the patio was gated for the dogs. Otherwise everything was fine.

    We decided to have a last minute summer trip and the property was right next to the Village which was awesome. We had daily and nightly bike rides to the pool. It was nice and close to the freeway for day trips. The beds were comfortable. Nice little cozy place. I did have sufficient fans for the warmer weather.

    Location cant get any better- the condo is right next to the village grocery store, short walk to all the stores. Spotless and had everything u might need in the kitchen to cook. Directions for check in/out were easy. Doggie welcome bowl was very cute- I enjoyed being able to let my dog out from the back porch& it was conveniently right next to trails. Overall great stay, the only downside is 1 bathroom for the 3 bedrooms- if u have more than 2-4 people it might get a little inconvenient ?.

    The place was exactly as expected. 3 bedroom condo with one bathroom in great condition. We figured since it is a condo, it would not be large, but still worked well for seven adults (3 younger adults in bunk beds). Good value for the money and great location, very close walk to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, and other shops.

Skies were smoky, no air conditioning; couldn't cool off unit at night because of smoke; half of the restaurants and Sharc shut down because of Covid. Not Village Properties fault!

    Located steps from the village. Delivery trucks are LOUD early morning. Kitchen is small but has all the amenities. Comes with 2 bikes which are barely rideable; time to tune up or replace. Rooms are very small. Nice big deck with two dining tables and grill—lounge chairs would be ideal. Overall a pleasant stay for a small family that plans to spend most of their time outdoors.
