Inn at Dauphin Island 312 Beautiful Unit with Expansive Views!! Sleeps 8!

It was a nice quiet vacation

I love it here this is our 3rd year

Had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view. Will be back.

We wanted something reasonably priced since we didn’t have the budget for a full vacation. We figured the unit would not be as nice as house rentals or units at Holiday Isle because it cost so much less but we were very pleasantly surprised. The unit was spacious and clean with beautiful views. The pool areas were clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

It would be helpful if the sand wash off station had a hose attached to the bottom spigot. The hose could be cut off to be short , but would still allow for easier washing of legs, beach toys, etc. Overall we loved our time here!

We loved our time in 312! The condo had everything we needed plus the facilities were fantastic. Quiet location so we could just enjoy the beach and pool without a ton of screaming and loud music. We were pulling out of the parking lot when our kids asked when we would be back!

Access to the beach is easy,but best of all it is not a crowded beach with so many people that you can enjoy it so we make a point of going here several times a year. It’s just the best thank you so much.

It was ok for what we needed. No extras or special touches were included, as seen in most other places I've stayed—just the bare minimums. If staying in this unit, plan to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, spices, a blow dryer, dish soap, pan scrubber, etc. Needs to be updated or remodeled. The fridge was very old & you could tell several maintenance issues were quickly patched up instead of fixed properly...holes in walls, mismatched paint, moldy shower curtains, to name a few. The owner entered the unit unexpectedly while we were there. She thought we had left already & had all her stuff with her to come stay herself. Not sure where the miscommunication happened, but we had paid through the following day. We were also asked previously in the week if it was ok for a photographer to come take pictures of the deck. Not a problem, but seeing as she was staying right after us, it seems it could've been done on her time instead of ours. Also, the gate malfunctioned while there & we got locked out of the parking lot for a while. My husband got our & giggled the controls & it started working again. The walkthrough gate doesn't latch, so he was able to walk right through. Overall, it was sufficient for what we needed, but will more than likely be our last time staying at this property.

The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and very nice! I especially enjoyed the big garden tub in the master bathroom.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the condo was breathtaking. The accommodations, bedding, cleanliness, and view were superb. This indeed was an exceptional stay. It was obvious the care and attention the owner displayed in providing the best furnishings for a comfortable visit. Completely awesome and fabulous. This condo will certainly be my new place to go. Thank you for providing such a memorable trip. ic

We loved everything. Condo was great and view was wonderful. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and very spacious. If we decide to go back to Dauphin Island we would definitely want to stay in this same condo.

Clean. Had promised amenities which all worked. Good view of beach from balcony.

This was our first trip to the island, the condo was perfect for what our family needed. Very quiet area, this stay was one of our best yet! Only complaint we would have is the dryer took a while to dry clothes however wasn’t an issue for what we needed! Definitely recommend!
