Stayed Oct 13, 20251. Reservations was wrong2Rugs in condo did not look clean3need new mattress in 2 nd bedroom 4 no mattress cover on master bed and sheets did not fit. 5. Fan in maters bedroom would not work due too broken on/off switch Boys enjoyed the air hockey game and the heat, and pool.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023We loved the condo. It was the perfect size and great location. Kitchen had all modern appliances and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. My favorite part was the shower, it is huge.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Overall the unit we stayed in was awesome. Only two complaints: 1) outside hallway lights were out on Friday night when we arrived which made the entrance dark and dangerous. 2) There was no interior extra locking mechanisms to ensure no one was able to unlawfully enter the unit while we were inside and asleep.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. The elevator of the building broke on our second day there, but Kelly was fantastic to work with about getting it taken care of. It was fine for us, we take the stairs anyways, but my elderly parents in a different unit in the building had a harder time. Kelly communicated with us and was updating us on the progress of the elevator getting fixed. My family stayed in other condos in the building and had no communication from the management companies they rented through. The outdoor pool area was perfect for the hot weather while we were there. The location was close to everything but far enough off the strip it wasn't loud or crowded. We also could watch the drone show from Dollywood from the building which was fun. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again!
