Not Your Grandmoms Beach House is a luxury indirect oceanfront 3 bedroom/ 2 full bath condo with 8 pool passes. This unit has amazing views of the ocean from 2 decks! You can watch your friends & family play in the pool from the front deck, or watch the ocean while you relax on one of the 4 loungers on the back deck. We also have an outdoor dining table that can accommodate 6 people for alfresco meals. When you are ready to hit the beach, simply walk down the steps to our condo buildingsprivate walkway to the beach.

This condo is located on the ocean side of 116th street across from the original Greene Turtle. The unit comes with 2 covered parking spots located under the building. There is also a covered bus stop on this block for getting to all the local hotspots by bus. We have liquor stores, grocery stores, and restaurants located in walking distance--so if you want to park your car for the week, you can!

When you walk into Not Your Grandmoms Beach House you will be walking into the newest (completely reconstructed in 2016--every thing is brand new & top of the line including the furniture) most modern condo for rent in all of ocean city. The kitchen is an ocean lovers dream, as it has stunning ocean views from a huge picture window as well as the all glass front door. It has all brand new stainless steel appliances--a large refrigerator, large farm style sink, dishwasher, oven, stove, & microwave. There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen (with 2 barstools) that overlooks both the pool and ocean. You can eat your meals while watching the waves roll in or keep an eye on friends/family at the pool. It is stocked with everything that you need to prepare meals or to reheat leftovers from all of the fabulous restaurants in Ocean City (we provide a list of our favorites)! The large dining table can seat 8 people and you can enjoy a meal while watching the ocean. The living area has a large comfortable sectional with chaise lounge--perfect to put your feet up and relax while watching the 55 inch smart TV with DVR--so you won't miss your favorite shows! We also have high speed Wi-Fi for your convenience, There is no need to haul home dirty laundry, this condo is equipped with a laundry room with a brand new washer & dryer.

We have electronic entry, so no waiting in long lines at rental offices to pick up your keys. You also won't have to worry about losing keys in the sand, or figuring out which family member is responsible for keeping track of the keys. It's always nice to have one less thing to stress about while on vacation!

Bedroom 1: This is a very spacious Master bedroom with a King Bed, brand new flat screen cable smart TV, private spa like Bathroom with walk in shower, desk for when work has to be done, a laundry room, & coffee station. Wake up & enjoy your coffee in the room while sitting at a pub table with great views of the ocean.

Bedroom 2: This room has 2 full sized beds with brand new mattresses. We chose not to put a TV in this room so that when children stay here, they can sleep peacefully without the temptation of turning on the TV. It's also great for adults who want to disconnect, relax, and unplug. This room has ocean views and a fun palm beach vibe.

Bedroom 3: This room has a Queen size bed with brand new mattress, a flat screen cable smart TV, and views of the ocean.

There is also another full bath complete with river rock floors and ocean views from the shower. You will feel like you are in a spa at a resort far away from home.

As owners of this home we take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the condo. It is like a 4th child to us, so any concerns or needs you have will be addressed promptly. We have installed exterior ring doorbell camera for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld. LINENS NOT INCLUDED.
