Fitness room needs updated and elevators need some air cooling.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family really enjoy Fort Morgan. It is just the right amount of chill. Close enough to the action if you want to participate and far enough away to just chill. Our only issue was finding a maintenance individual in our condo upon our return from the beach. It was a little unnerving.

Reviewer Comments: went with my family, including 3 children, and we had a great time, however some guests were staying a few floors up, had a small child that threw things off the balcony including beer cans, cigarette lighter, pill bottle full of amphetamines, and 2 beach balls. no one picked anything up so my son and dau in law cleaned it up and tossed the pills. anyone could have gotten them out of the bottle and OD'd. some of the beer cans were still partially full. no security anywhere the entire time we were there so no one to report it to, the name on the pill bottle was ethan bruner and the rx was focalin xr 15 mg along with benadryl 50 mg added

Stayed Jun 7, 2021Had a nice visit although they weren’t prepared for us to arrive. No bed sheets for the third bedroom and not enough towels , no TP and no kitchen towel/ cloth. Housekeeping brought what we need as we played in the pool. All is good!
