Incredible unit! Private boardwalk, Multiple pools and spas onsite!

The condo showed signs of age and hard use. While it was clean, the unit is in need of some renovation and replacements. I believe the pictures do not reflect the real condition of the unit. The coffee machine was rather dirty, the kitchen lacked many of the basic items needed to cook, kitchen cabinets, base boards, and bathrooms were beat up. The front door alone does not give a very good impression. Despite these items, the check-in and check out process, access, etc. was all fine. We had the opportunity to visit another unit friends were staying in and it was vastly more updated and well taken care of.

It's was very clean. The kids loved the light show. My son accidentally got hurt & staff was quick to help with everything!! I would recommend this place..

What a great place and good location can't wait to come back

This condo has pros and cons. Pros...great location, close to elevators and parking garage. Cons...The pictures were Very misleading. None of the outdoor furniture in the pictures are actually there. The Wall murals in the bedrooms not actually there. There was mildew/mold on ceilings, AC would not go under 73 degrees even after flipping the breaker like they had mentioned to do, door handle locks have been picked out and are VERY SHARP metal on hands when opening doors, refrigerator door rusted out, honestly just needs a lot of TLC which they did a very good job of covering up in their pictures as shown. The condo worked for us, but I am not sure I would pick this one again. We love Laketown wharf though! The amenties are hard to pass up!

nice property. very close to the beach. big master bathroom. blue swing chairs shown in property pics are not there. sand could be felt on floors upon arrival. bath towels are very worn/out used and need replacing. perhaps add a cheap keurig to make coffee more simple in the mornings. Refrigerator shows a good bit of rust on the outside and could be replaced to improve aesthetics. overall a nice stay- condo just needs a few improvements.

Nice and convenient to the parking deck. Room was nice and slept 8 comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pools.

Nice location, furniture was uncomfortable, very hard to use anything except for beds. I followed all directions and could only get living room tv to work. Bedrooms not at all. Tried to cook and not a lot of pots and pans to chose from they all stuck but one and I had to wash them before using due to stuck on food in them. I believe it might have been eggs. I think there needs to be a better cleaning company hired but owner was very nice and place was very affordable. If updated I believe it would be very nice. We did leave day early due to water being off all day one day with no warning & day we left had to run outside in pajamas due to smoke alarm. We just thought it was a sign. Not owners fault. We would stay again if updated. Thank you

we enjoy the stay. everything within walking distance. enjoy the all you can eat buffett wharf restaurant was fabulous.

Great family oriented place lots of fun lots to do an friendly

We had wonderful family time! Thanks for providing a great place at such a reasonable price! This particular condo was perfect for us. From the beginning, I was impressed with the prompt communication from the owner. We had a bit of an issue with the WiFi not connecting but I emailed and within a few minutes, they emailed back. We were able to resolve the issue. I do think the condo could have been a little cleaner. It was adequate but not sparkling clean. Some things could stand to be replaced. The fridge had a broken facing around the ice maker (ice maker still works great), the microwave makes weird loud noises, and the outside furniture was adequate (table with 6 chairs and a lounge chair) but did not match the pictures in the photos when we originally selected this unit. It was adequate but the balcony is big and could be amazing with the right furniture. Also, a chest with drawers somewhere in the bedrooms would have been great! There is lots of storage in the closet and the bathroom but nothing in the bedroom. Again, these are minor and may not even matter to some people. Being on the 6th floor meant, for the most part, we got to avoid the elevators. The elevators were very slow, some not working. It wasn't during peak vacation times. I think they just aren't fast elevators. With me being in a wheelchair, this 6th floor condo connecting sky bridge was an added bonus. Also, checkin was a bit of crazy for us. It was our first time there and we knew we had to go to the checkin place in the lobby. However, we didn't know we'd have to park in the deck then walk over to the office, then back to our car in the deck to get our things. Thankfully, there was a sky bridge connecting the deck to the condos on the six floor. Otherwise, we would have had to take 2 sets of elevators from the deck to get to our room. So make sure you are staying on a level that has a sky bridge. The elevators are slow! Other than that, the property was beautiful, great location, close to everything. We could see the ocean across the street from the front door of our condo and the back door overlooked the beautiful lake. We would definitely stay here again. We are thankful for these memories, even the not so perfect moments ?, made with family!
