Beautiful apartment located right by a beach on Granada's Costa Tropical with around the clock breath-taking views.

The apartment consists of an open-plan kitchen, hallway, living room with a sofa bed, 2 beautiful terraces overlooking the beach, a balcony, bathroom and 2 large bedrooms.

THE APARTMENT:
Located right on the beach, as soon as you exit the foyer of the building, you arrive at the beach where you will be met with wonderful views that last all day.This is undoubtedly one of many incredible features of this luxurious apartment.

SURROUNDING AREA:
Just past the pedestrian crossing, a mere 5 minutes walk, you will find several supermarkets (Lidl, Day, Mercadona) with low prices and many essentials available for only 1 euro.

In addition, guests are able to enjoy the tapas of the many bars and restaurants in the area. While it has a lot to offer, the area is also quiet and tranquil.

Just 10 minutes away there is also the water park Aquatropic.

I am extremely attentive to the guests. Firstly, I will meet them in a central area and escort the to the apartment. Once there, I will give information and the flat and the workings of the appliances etc

The apartment is located the perfect area- both quiet but central at the same time. It is beachfront and less than 5 minutes walk from the hospital, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. It is in an absolutely beautiful area with stunning sea views!

GETTING AROUND:
Guests can get around the city on foot due to the apartment's central location. Everything needed is only a pleasant short walk alongside the beach.

The apartment has a washing machine, Wifi, oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, iron, hairdryer, hot water, toaster, heaters, sheets, towels and a range of kitchen utensils.


GARAGE

The apartment does NOT have a garage or parking space, but a 3-minute walk away there is a very economical car park € 2 / day.

In the long stays of more than three weeks will be charged the cost of electricity to part, since what will be deducted from the deposit (price 0. 25kw) to avoid the abuse of air conditioning and heaters.

    We could not have asked for a better apartment for our vacation! The location was easily accessible by walking to beaches, Old Town, the Castle, parks, dining and grocery shopping. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would love to stay again!

    This is a great apartment right on the beach front. It's location is perfect to explore all 3 beaches of Almunecar, and also close enough to the town centre & old town to walk and explore all around the town. The apartment had everything required for a stay and a great balcony for watching the sun set. Well worth a visit. I'm sure we'll be back there again some time.

    we arrived late late in the dark and had a little time to find the place where the key was to be picked up. Next day in bright sunshine everything was perfect. Very good location near teh beautiful beach.

    Well equipped apartment with everything that you need. Some minor flaws as that the toilet flush did not work perfectly, wardrobe doors not easy to close, kitchenette drawers did not close, and a part of the list to the kitchen counter not fixed. That was though only minor details in a nicely decorated apartment with OK beds and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the walk too old city was just what we needed!

    Just returned from a three week stay at this condo in Almunecar. It was as it appeared in the photos, just a bit smaller, pretty but could be more functional. Very clean upn arrival. The location is great, across from the beach and just a short walk into the old town, shopping and of course the many restaurants. The building itself had very few occupants so it was nice and quiet. The kitchen had lots of counter space, a broken coffee maker, which when called were told to use an ashtray as the base but eventually was replaced. Well equipped with cookery however short on kitchen knives, a paring and bread knife. The fridge/freezer was a good size however the handles were on the wrong side so awkward to open. The condo was nicely decorated but had far too many decorative pieces which took up much needed space. We were aware that there was no AC but there was only one portable fan and it was quite warm. When we arrived the bathroom light over the sink was not working and it was not the light bulb. I was told that it would be difficult to repair? That was not an option as it was needed. The superintendent repaired it easily and shortly after the other light went out by the showere but we did not ask to replace it as we could manage with natural light. There is a shelving unit around the toilet which is not anchored and not secure so that should be looked at. Our main complaint were the beds, very uncomfortable and more like cots. My daughter stayed in the room with two twin beds and the color from the polyester sheets came off on her socks and tshirt. Also customer service was difficult as she stated she spoke English but only through translation, which does not always convey accurately. She also was not in the country so we had to deal with her friend's mother and another woman. It all worked out relatively well eventually. The condo is more for European standards, not North American but we were more concerned with the location. The internet was not strong and sporadic at times but we managed.

    The owner, Joana, is very nice and we totally felt welcome at once! The appartment is just beautiful, clean, very good furnished, the view is great and Almuñecar is a very nice place, too! We enjoyed and loved our time there and will come back definitely! It was a pleasure! Muchas gracias y hasta luego :)
