INCREDIBLE! Oceanfront Dream Escape! Unit 21 is a Rare 3-Bedroom Condo!

This is a lovely condo that was recently remodeled, so everything is updated and in great condition. The owner, Cheryl, clearly put a lot of time and thought into the renovation and redecoration. The living room and two of the bedrooms directly face the ocean, and have nice big windows. The bathrooms are quite small, but were spotless and stocked with nice towels. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella are available, which is a very nice touch. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Cocoa Beach.

Great location, super clean and great quality Great views of the ocean.

Upon arrival, I was extremely happy with the unit which has great views of the ocean from every room. My husband and I settled in for our 23 day stay by setting up our coffee station, put groceries away, and unpacked our clothes. The unit looked clean on the surface, but when I opened the kitchen drawer that had the silverware, there was a small spider web in the front left corner, and the white silverware tray was dirty with black specks. I put all the silverware, utensils, and silverware tray in the dishwasher before using. The kitchen drawers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in while, so I wiped them out and organized. On the morning of day three, my husband killed a roach by the kitchen sink. I didn’t think much about it, but as the first week progressed, we noticed more roaches in the kitchen, and one in the master bathroom. I notified Theresa who is in charge of management and cleaning, and she notified Cheryl the owner who sent an exterminator within a couple of hours. We removed all of our food items from the counter and sealed them in storage bags and removed our toiletries from the bathroom and sealed them in storage bags also. As the second week came to an end, the roaches started appearing again. Once again upon notification, an exterminator was sent to treat the entire unit, not just the kitchen. By the end of the third week, we did not notice any roaches, but it was time for us to leave. We were not able to be totally comfortable because of the roaches.

The beach front view is amazing! The condo is very cute with a definite beach vibe. This condo can easily sleep 6 adults. There were a couple of roaches spotted in the master bath, but overall, this is a perfect spot to enjoy Cocoa Beach with easy access to great dining, shopping and entertainment.

Everything looked as shown in photos. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Everything was spotless. Beds were comfortable. The view was amazing, we were able to see 2 rocket launches during our stay and several cruise ships coming and going. The condo is located up 2 flights of stairs but there is adequate railing. There is only one numbered parking spot. The only issue I had was with the gate leading into the patio area. I was able to get in but the latch from the inside was broken and I had to walk out through the beach access and return through the boardwalk that is very nearby. Otherwise a perfect stay.

The listing was just as described. Every room had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a 2 minute walk out our door to get to the beach. Lots of space inside for our family of 5. We had AC issues while there and the management was very responsive in getting it fixed. They were also responsive to other questions I had.

The sheets were not cleaned! We communicated via email 3 times with the owner and called the house keeper and got no response - utterly unprofessional and disgusting. The sheets had hair and even crumbs in them; we discovered it was peanut butter filled pretzel crumbs because the package was left in the windowsill behind the blinds in the bedroom with the grossest sheets.One of the bedrooms against the ocean had paper white blinds that as soon as the sun poked up over the ocean the light hit the mirrored closet door and lit the room up making it impossible to sleep past sunrise. This is an issue, but the lack of cleanliness and lack of response from the owner is the reason I'm writing this review. We tried washing the sheets ourselves, but the laundry room closed at 8PM and our schedules did not permit us being able to use them besides you expect not to have to cleanup after previous guests.

Amazing experience - Heavy marijuana smokers downstairs

We were not able to complete this stay due to hurricane milton. Recommendation to future renters: use extreme caution booking with this host as they require signing an extremely (excessively) restrictive contract 60 days prior to the stay, which prevents you from getting any refund and blocks you from any arbitration through VRBO. Our trip to Florida was delayed by 5 days due to Cat5 Milton, but the host would not issue a refund. They offered to change our reservation dates for free, but had no availability for when our trip was rescheduled, and would not offer a refund (their contract will ONLY issue a refund in the case of a mandatory evacuation in the county), so even though all flights in/out were canceled, all FL airports closed, a declared state of emergency for the State and County, and VRBO was sending us emails recommending cancellation for our safety... we're completely out the money. The property/photos seem lovely, and the host is certainly quick in communications. But there are many nicer places, with better customer policies, that can be found in Cocoa Beach. Try Royal Mansions up the road!

This unit is one of two three bedrooms at this complex, but the only one with the MOST WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEW from every room. It’s on the second floor, so seeing that view and sitting on the balcony is EVERYTHING! All of the rooms are very nice, but my favorite is the kitchen. I love cooking here with everything you need to prepare meals and looking at the ocean at the same time; it’s just so nice. This was our 5th year staying here and we cannot wait to return. The owner has supplied this unit with everything you need for your time at the beach including a closet full of beach gear. Choose this absolute perfect condo and enjoy your time at Cocoa beach.

We found the beach access to be much less crowded than some others both north and south of the pier. Unit was clean and as advertised. The only thing that took us by surprise was that we needed to buy toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags as additional of all of those items were not provided. But otherwise, absolutely fantastic. We plan to stay here again and again!

2nd time to stay in same room! Perfect location and supports up to 8 individuals. Always has all amenities you can need. Great area for a family get together with quick access to beach or balcony view!

The location was fabulous and the apartment was the perfect size for our group - just as advertised! Loved the ease of getting to the beach and the storage closet was full of beach supplies. Lots of local restaurants! We opted not to cook as the pots and pans left a little to be desired. But overall we had a wonderful week. Thank you!
