This elegant and comfortable condo has a KS bed, one double bed with an individual pullot bed on the side, and a Queen Size sofa-bed. The living area and the bedding are perfect for special time spent with family or friends, same as the terrace for some unforgettable sunset views, this being the space you'll want for an airy, sunny, breezy, relaxing sanctuary in the ever-busy Nueva Yucalpeten, the new suburb located West side of Progreso.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* The 2 towers of the Complex, Sotavento and Barlovento are totally completed. However, there is a third tower next to the Complex, undergoing finishing construction works. It is supposed to be completed by April, 2026. Also, the Beach Club and the whole beach are being remodelled at present. There might be noise during working hours and days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
