Once parked, we dis not leave in our car again until we packed up and left. Plenty to do and see on foot and by the complimentary bicycles! We have visited Seaside several times kver the years, this is one of our favorite places to stay!

The property location could not be more perfect. The check-in process was easy and the employee checking us in was very helpful. The condo definitely needs some updating. There are several areas that need to be attended to. Thank you.

The ice machine was broken my full stay and maintenance never fixed it but Homeowners was kind enough to bring me ice on three occasions. For the price, I do think some updates to the cottage are needed. There is just wear and tear on the place but nothing broken or unsanitary. Overall it was a great stay.

Their customer service alone sets them apart.The 1 bedroom place is adequately cooled via window unit airconditioners, but truth be told I hadnt operated one since the dive apartment I rented in college.The location cannot be beat; you really are in the heart of Seaside. However its been a minute since the unit has been refreshed and there are some signs of that such as the dry rot around the window sills and paint stains in the upperlevel around the kitchen area.All of that said, I would recommend staying at this condo and would definitely recommend utilizing The Homeowners Collection for your next vacation rental.

But because of that it was very loud at night and very early in the morning. Every morning at 6am they pressure wash the sidewalks directly below the unit. Also, the sofa bed isn't really much of a bed. Our daughter had to sleep on the couch as when you unfold the bed it laid directly on the ground and you couldn't put a sheet on it. The unit was well stocked, clean and in an amazing location! We loved having the Market right next door.

The condo was great although there were some issues; I didn't have AC the first day, there was no water pressure in the bathroom sink & the spiral stairs was very difficult to get up and down.
