    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Labor Day, especially watching the breathtaking sunsets each night. The condo is great if you can handle stairs. Perfect space for two. Some of the kitchen appliances are a bit dated but overall a great experience. The only issue I had was a motion light in the bedroom so you do not trip on the step. It goes off without motion during the night so had to cover it up. Management company was very accomodating when I pointed it out.

    We loved the location and the views. The kitchen area seemed serviceable, but the refrigerator was struggling some to cool drinks. The key part of the stay were the views and the prime location.

    Location was great. The condo itself was perfection. Had some issues using stairs and elevator. The code for the elevator didn't always work. Also wished there was a keypad entry for the stairs so they could be used going up and down on both stairwells. Parking was also an issue. A parking space is not guaranteed onsite. When I did get a parking spot, the street sweeper threw up so much dust and dirt on my just detailed car. To the point I had to clean the windshield before I could drive. Parking spots were also constantly blocked by large delivery trucks so I often had to wait to leave.

The ONLY drawback is parking. There are a limited number of spaces reserved for these units but the signage is very small and there doesn't seem to be anything to deter the general public from parking there. There really needs to be a better way to ensure these spots are available for the renter. Otherwise, a great stay.

Unit was great for a couple's get-away! the listing stated there was a designated parking spot for this unit but this was not the case. Being this close to the square in Seaside, anyone knows that parking is limited in peak times, and without a designated parking spot, the few parking spaces they have at the building stayed occupied. I had to park more than 6 blocks away several times, and haul everything with me.. worst when I arrived, and when I left. This is my only complaint!
