Incredible Gulf Front 1bedroom, Pools, Hot Tubs + Free Attraction Tickets!

Everything was pretty clean, found a few left over crumbs from the last visitors, the sleeper sofa had a ripped liner on it and the door keypad was a real pain. It would take us 6-10xs to get the door to open. The elevators, took forever to get in, so if you have somewhere to be, plan for a 20min - hour head start so you have time to wait for an elevator. The view was stunning! The balcony was definitely our favorite.

When we arrived we could not do required preregistration of car. Realized that Benchmark had put in 2 different departure dates so it would not let us register car. Took hour and 1/2 to get in parking which is at Tower 2. Our room was in Tower 1 which was about 3 football fields away. We were then asked to take car to 3rd floor to get cart for luggage. Got unloaded and walked to room, but could not get in due to door code not working. Called Benchmark to reset, then found out all 3 TVs had no sound and could not get on. Next had to take cart back to parking and move car to 4th floor because 3rd is for owners. Then walk back 3 football fields to room. The next morning I went out to beach to rent chairs and found out they wanted for 2 chairs 4 days they wanted 210 plus tax. I said don’t think so. Packed up and went home day after we got there. Will NEVER do business with Benchmark Mgmt again. Nightmare!! Just too much for someone with congestive heart failure and a full lumbar fusion. Still waiting to see if a refund is offered or not.

Nice place overall. Cleaning could have been better. There were goldfish under the curtains and fan blades were filthy. Condo needs some general upkeep but great location. Security staff were wonderful.

Stay was great and so was the room. Had issues with checking in a day early with the parking and room situation. Otherwise room and communication was good.

The most beautiful hotel on the bay.! Very convenient location of the hotel in relation to shops, gas stations and restaurants. The parking is very large and has several levels. Easily and conveniently connected to the hotel. Parking is paid, but the time is not limited.

The view was beautiful, smack dab in the middle of the building. Got to Watch the Jets fly by, Seen dolphins in the water. Was able to watch the sunrise and the sunset.

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The elevators were very slow and one out of service the entire week, making it difficult every time we went in and out and especially with luggage. The cushions on two of the balcony chairs are old and torn and need to be replaced. Other than that, it was amazing: good food downstairs, Starbucks coffee, beautiful pools and beach access.

Owner came to unit unannounced, sithout anyway to identify himself, and came in unit a few times wail we were out getting dinner,had to keep the safety bar on door to make sure someone wouldn't just enter code and come in ,the owner

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Benchmark really needs to re-train their people on how to register their client’s vehicle before they arrive at the condo. They supposed to send you a link to be able to register your vehicle to park. They kept telling me my parking pass was inside the unit. But that info is wrong. It took over an hour emailing and calling 3 different people until finally somebody knew what to do. As for the condo, it was perfect!! Beautiful, clean, and spacious!! Comfortable seating and wonderful views.
