Incredible Gulf Front 1BD, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Free Attraction Tickets!

This was our second time in this same condo and it is a really great place to stay! It was clean and the air conditioner is nice and cold! The check in and out process was a breeze and Benchmark kept in contact via text throughout the whole process. You just can’t beat the beautiful view from the balcony! This place was very cozy and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for only two days. There was suppose to be a parking pass in the room. There was not!! We dealt with this issue for over 3 hours. According to Benchmark the parking was included with our rental price, it was not we had to pay for the parking and I was told by benchmark 3 times that it was included. We were instructed to put a note in the window to keep our vehicle from being towed. Like this was really a good solution !! Security said it was not... security called benchmark and got the same story we got. Security helped us pay for the parking so we would not get towed. The hassle was not worth it. We were so stressed out and exhausted from the 8 hour drive then dealing with the parking. Room was nice and comfortable but I would Not stay here again!

Location of condo is perfect, touch up paint is needed and living room furniture needs shampooing badly, bed comforters need replacing

Nonstick pan for breakfast was only missing thing.. all else great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this one bedroom unit with a bunk bed alcove and 2 bathrooms. The space was the perfect size for myself and my 2 teenagers. We made use of the indoor pool and beach and loved the view from our balcony.

A few negatives were, broken water faucet which was fixed quickly and furnishings need updating. Very minimal supplies to start in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our time at this location. The room was clean and provided all amenities needed. We had great communication with owners/property management. We only had one little hiccup with being sent two different codes for the door but once we figured that we were good to go. We did notice that the outlet on the balcony is in need of repair but other than that everything was great!!!

We’ll definitely stay here again. Beautiful, clean, and family friendly.

Room was not cleaned at the time we were told we could check in. Had to stay in a hotel room that night which costed $300. Was told we would be reimbursed. Been a week since then still no money. Second day still not cleaned. Room wasn’t cleaned till 2:00pm that day.
