Incredible beach escape with shared pool, private balcony, fast WiFi & desk

There were a few things that should be fixed before renting out again. The tile on the stairs was broken and was kind of dangerous to walk on. Otherwise the place was two blocks from the beach and was an easy walk and the pool was nice.

The stairs need work, badly. My child cut his foot multiple times walking up and down them. :/ just needs some work and upkeep. Otherwise wonderful place.

The only thing “good” about this place is the proximity to the beach. This condo is in absolute disrepair. The walls are dirty/scuffed and need painting. The only doors that actually close completely and lock are the front door and balcony. Speaking of the balcony, the railing needs to be replaced. It’s one solid bump away from someone falling through it. Multiple doors are warped at the bottom making it very noisy to open/close. The ceiling in the living room area closest to the stairs is literally crumbling. The ceiling fan looks to be on its way to crumbling as well. The light fixtures in the kitchen area are also beat up and starting to droop a bit. The trim at the top of the cabinets is falling off. The granite piece on the island is loose. It can literally be lifted off the island as well as pushed one way or the other. Almost forgot about the upstairs bedroom. The picture is not accurate. There are 2 sets of bunk beds. One of them is so bad the kids wouldn’t even sleep on it. Also, there is a ceiling fan in the room with the bunks making it impossible for children to get in/out if the fan is on. Don’t even think about closing the door to that room because you will wake up a sweaty mess as no A/C gets in there if the door is closed. The stairs are totally crap. They are missing pieces of tile making it difficult to go up/down without being 100% focused on each step.

My stay was horrible Called them when I got there to let them know the place was dirty and things were broken. I took pictures and emailed them and text them. They did nothing but kept lying and saying the manager would contact me but noone did. I will never go threw vacasa again or recommend them.

Great place to stay clean walking distance to the beach overall excellent stay. Will book again!!!

Do not rent from Vacasa of you don't like sleeping on other people's filth/bodily fluids!!! I noticed a layer of dust all over the king comforter as if it had been on the floor. I tried to wash it but it didn't fit into the washer, which means it most likely has never been cleaned. I looked closer at the rest of the bedding and noticed that the pillows had two cases on them, a clean outer one and a filthy one that had dried fluid stains. Several pillows had dried blood stains and dried fluid stains. I removed all the bedding and spent almost $400 on new bed-in-bags for all the beds. I couldn't let my kids sleep on other people's filth. I will never rent from Vacasa again because they don't clean/sanitize their bedding!

Everything looks just like the pictures - short walk to the beach and convenient to everything. We’ll definitely book with them again.
