Incredible 14th Floor Oceanfront Condo at North Beach Resort & Villas; $300 FREE Activities Daily!

My family and I had a really nice stay at this beautiful condo. The host was very welcoming, and the amenities were great. The gym was state of the art. The condo itself was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, and the bedrooms were very well placed. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you needed. The floor to ceiling windows provided a stunning view. With everything this condo provides we would definitely vacation here again.

Great condo! When I texted and asked if there was a blender in unit, I was told if I couldn’t find one they would bring me one the next morning and they did exactly that. They were very quick to answer any questions we had

My family (11 people ranging in age from 6-74) enjoyed our stay in this condo for 1 week. The resort amenities are nice, but the grounds as well as the condo interior have some wear and tear. We addressed a few maintenance issues with the rental agency and they were promptly fixed, however, this property could use a bit more TLC. For example, one toilet runs inexplicably, one bathroom towel bar was broken and thrown under the vanity, the couch seemed to have a bulge or some issue with the back, the bathroom drains were clogged with hair, the frigerator drawer was broken, the dishwasher rack was missing wheels and didnt slide and the sliding door to the patio was nearly impossible to open. The maintenence crew promptly addressed the door and the drains, but the other issues need attention as well. The property is huge and the pool and beach access are awesome. Aside from that, this property is about 15-20 minutes from everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, so we were constantly going back and forth to the parking garage. There is a shuttle that goes to Barefoot Landing which is nice. The check in/out process is not really convenient since its offsite and the staff wasnt very accommodating. In addition, we found we had to buy toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher tablets. For 1 week, what was provided was insufficient. I would not rent from this property again. I prefer rentals that have more than just bare bones accommodations and are more cared for.

This was our first VRBO experience and wanted something special for our family vacation including all of our adult children and our grand kids. The accommodations were top notch and everyone had a beach vacation we will always remember.

Our all female group of five absolutely loved the resort. Our only complaint based on a couple of our ladies being senior citizens was the lack of handicap bars in the bathroom tubs and showers. This resulted in a serious injury for one of our group from a fall in the tub.

We will be using the North Beach Resort and Villas for our family vacations again!! Excellent amenities! Outstanding views!! Something for everyone! Vlose to restaurants and shops!!

We really enjoyed the stay. Condo was in great shape, nice pool and has amazing views. Location is right in the middle of the best of North Myrtle. Definitely look to stay here again next year.

Everything worked out as promised. No issues which was great! Will definitely book again. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, easy close location to get room keys and parking passes. Checkout was a drop box in same location as pickup.

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. The photos really don’t do it justice. This place is massive, it easily fit 11 men on a bachelor party. It did help that we had willing couch and air mattress sleepers so everyone was able to have their own place to sleep. The resort itself was exactly what we were looking for after a morning of golf. The pool was nice, great drinks at the pool bar and the restaurant on the 3rd floor had delicious pizza, sandwiches, breakfast, pasta, you name it. They made it so that we didn’t really need to leave if we didn’t want to.

A wonderful, large, beautiful condo with 5 spacious bedrooms and large common area. Well equipped kitchen. We were a group of 6 women friends and had a wonderful time. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool area. Large comfortable balcony right on the water. Resort pools and close to Barefoot Landing's shops and restaurants.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this beautiful condo! It was a total of 12 of us ranging from 2 yrs old to 56 and we all had an absolute great time. This condo was very spacious, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, huge living room, spacious kitchen, large balcony with breathtaking ocean front views, Pools, jacuzzi’s and more., We will definitely book our next year’s vacation here!

North Beach Towers was good and we enjoyed.

The condo itself was perfect! It had a spacious layout with beautiful views. Overall it was clean, stylish, and well kept. There were a few minor issues (e.g., the trash can in the kitchen was broken, the freezer drawer handle was broken, and we also noticed a blood stain on a sheet.) Unfortunately, I’m unable to give a five star review due to the extremely inconvenient check-in/check-out procedure. All guests considering booking through itrip should be aware that you are unable to check-in and check-out onsite, and that the offsite office you need to go to has limited and inconvenient hours (11-2). I’ll spare readers the painful details, but the check-in and check-out process became the most stressful part of our trip. Another suggestion to improve satisfaction would be to schedule maintenance around guest stays. As a group of 7 women, including three teenagers, it was unnerving to have a man “fixing our lock” after we arrived (the cover plate fell off twice after he left…we had to pick it up off the ground in the hallway and put it back on). A second man approached me in the hallway and asked if he could go inside and do preventative pest control while I was leaving, and my 16 year old daughter was in the room alone. After the unexpected visitors, we would have felt slightly more comfortable if the doors had separate manual locks (i.e., a swing bar or slide latch-type mechanism). We also noticed the lock on the “exit only” door in our room had a piece of duct tape it for some unknown reason. Again, the condo itself was beautiful!

Great 5 bedroom that gave enough space for adults and kids. Would def recommend for a large collective family. Would def return to this location if I come back to Myrtle Beach. Would recommend having keyless entry as it was difficult to get in an out for all family since we worked on different schedules and doing different activities. Also, wasn’t able to get Uber deliveries due to lockdown on building but I guess that’s the trade off for additional safety.
