Stayed Jul 14, 2024Upon arrival, when we walked in the room and it was not clean, sand on the floors and carpet. The shower was full of hair and sand. The furniture was stained and the pillows on the couch were nasty. We used the sheets to cover the furniture so we could sit down and feel comfortable. We had to wipe down the kitchen counters. For the money that they charge to stay there, they should hire cleaners and invest in some new furniture or at least furniture covers. We have stayed at other properties in the Pyramid and loved them, we will never rent that unit again(16H).
