Nearby attractions, good location and great beach!

Very small view from the balcony of the ocean. Had an issue with washer and dryer which was fixed next day. This place had great accessories for the beach which was great so I didnt have to bring or buy anything (kid life jackets, wakeboard, beach umbrella, chair, just not wagon to carrier it all). I would stay again.

RealJoy, you truly went above and beyond to make our 7-day stay unforgettable! The condo was a haven of comfort and relaxation, and we're so grateful for the wonderful memories we made there. We're already counting down the days until next year's vacation!!

Great stay for families. Our kids enjoyed the various pools and quick step to the sand. This unit had a great view of the thursday night summer fireworks over in Destin without the drive! That was a fun surprise! Great decor and closet of beach toys so no need to bring your own!

All 3 Condos was clean and adequately stocked with necessities . The location was a plus on top of the great pool and lazy river on site !

Very clean, knew exact lay out of room and room number when booking. Pools for every age group

This condo was great and spacious enough for the 5 of us (4 adults, one toddler). I was pleasantly surprised to see there was a high chair available for use. There’s some regular upkeep that needs to be done (the dryer pops open on it’s own and the bifold door tracks are worn- it fell off while we tried to do laundry). Overall the condo was clean and ready for us our master shower needed to be cleaned again it looked like it got forgotten there were boot marks inside it on arrival. Over all we’d still stay there again.

We had a blast at this resort! It was very kid friendly and so clean!

Air conditioner was out for an entire day, couldn't get anyone there until that night

My son and I had a great time, the condo was very nice and accommodating the weather was beautiful and I wished we would of had more time. Would gladly stay again.

My kids loved the pools at the waterscape, and the short walk to the beach. Great for families with younger kids.

Nice spacious condo that fit two families. Waterscape is a nice resort with splash pad for the little along with 2 pools and a lazy river. The beach access is nice and has beach showers. Located within walking distance of souvenirs and restaurants

The condo was very clean and a nice set-up for two families. The resort was easy to get to. The pool area was nice for all ages. The kids loved the lazy river and obstacle with ropes and lily pads. A+ and would go again. The only downfall was the condo didn't have locks on any bathroom or bedroom doors and adding a TV in the bunk area would be a nice addition.

We enjoyed our stay on the property. It was our first time on Okaloosa Island/Ft Walton area. Check in process was easy and communication with rental company was consistent. While I wouldn’t enjoyed a beach view, it was an easy walk to get to the beach. Pool area was great and offered activities for all ages.

Enjoyed staying in 425A. Everything was there to make our stay enjoyable. From kitchenware to a high chair for the toddler. No issues at all with the stay. Definitely will be coming back.
