Stayed Jul 11, 2025Unit was cute and clean. Only issue we had was with the parking we have a full size Ram quad cab and we did not fit in the space provided and had to pay extra to park in a lot at the end of the street for the weekend.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Stayed for a couple nights in the off season for the Smuttynose Half Marathon. Location was perfect and walkable to everything we needed to do. Would be a worthwhile choice in close proximity to everything in season for sure. Ideal for a single person or couple, would be harder space wise for multiple people to stay.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The “condo” was the perfect location! It’s smack dab in the heart of Hampton Beach. Beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The description was a bit misleading. I asked the owner if the bedroom was separate and she replied, yes, but there’s no door. The unit is actually just one big-ish room. We were there for our annual girls trip so it worked for the 3 of us. The only thing I would mention to the host is that the floor was filthy. We take off our shoes at the door and we had black feet in minutes from walking barefoot on the floor. Thankfully there was at least a broom in the unit. This is a great place for a couple who doesn’t need space to spread out. It was just a tiny bit tight for 3 women and all our stuff!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024We had a great time! Bridget was easy to contact and very friendly. Great for a couple, enough space to move around, having a small fridge, stove and sofa area is a plus. All the basic where there for cooking. The location is great, one bloc from the beach, the sea shell stage and from the action from the boardwalk. But not too loud at night. Bed is really soft, so if you like firm, be advise.
