This Historical building was built in 1894 and was the original John Deere plant in Denver. With views of the Rocky Mountains, Mile High Stadium & The Pepsi Center all from your private balcony. Walking distance to Union Station and Coors field. Lower Downtown also features an abundance of Restaurants, Bars and Brewery's all just a few blocks away. Inside you can sit down and relax in front of the fireplace that features a 70 TV with surround sound. Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and luxurious furnished with a king size bed and a 55 TV. Second bedroom features a queen bed. Kitchen has been completely remodeled with gourmet amenities. Guests have use to a computer with internet access while they stay.     Fantastic property and property manager in a great Downtown location. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great communications and flexible manage made check in and out a breeze. We would definitely stay with Steve again!

    Our unit was very nice and well equipped. We were on the third floor and elevator did not work but worked out fine, but if , working our stay would have been much better. Other that that our visit was great

    Beautiful modern condo in downtown Denver Convenient short walk to great restaurants! All the modern conveniences in condo made even more welcoming by the owner. Definitely recommend!

    We had a wonderful stay, felt like home. Upon arrival, late at night we had no entry code to get into the building. Fortunately the people in Denver are super kind, and after about 20mins a kind young man exiting the building gave us his code to use for the duration of our stay. The fireplace wasn’t working, which would have been nice, especially Christmas. Overall I would recommend this as a great place to stay, having a contact number would have been helpful. Request entry code to building prior to arriving.

    Perfect location for anything downtown. Minutes walk to Convention Center and right in Pepsi Center parking lot. Great 2 bed 2 bath with urban industrial decor amidst cozy furniture. Had a great stay and would love to come back!

    Breathtaking condo! Soaring ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors. Ultra modern bathrooms, SUPER comfortable beds. This home was the perfect place for hosting a family dinner the day after Thanksgiving... to give my Denver sister a break. We did require instructions on how to use the stove top... which our host Steve provided for us quickly in a phone call. Only a few items missing from this beautiful kitchen... a baking sheet, oven mitts, and possibly a french press for those not wanting to use a keurig. Thank you Steve & Terri! Rebecca VanZoeren

    This place turned out to be a lucky break on a business trip where all the Denver hotels were booked. I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the place as it was quite special. Very classy and spacious condo in a charming historical building. Every detail was upscale. The owner was gracious and helpful. Location was great, just past the edge of the noisy downtown, but an easy walk to lots of downtown restaurants. Would strongly recommend.

    This property was amazing, good location, perfect layout, very roomy and very well appointed with all high end touches. One day the elevator was on the fritz but was quickly repaired. Good thing the 3rd floor is a quick trip even on the stairs. :-) The owners have thought of everything and even called to check in that we got in okay and provided their contact info in case we needed anything on our vacation. This is a must for a great Denver get away! Thanks for sharing your place - we loved it.
