Impeccably Renovated Beach Block Condo

The property was so cute and just as the listing says. We really enjoyed it and will be booking again! The only thing was if your in a larger vehicle you will have trouble parking in the reserved spot. But loved everything about it!!

Liked closeness to beach.hated the view.dont think floors were cleaned.walking in barefeet you could feel the sand and grit on floors before we even went to the beach.rest of condo was very pretty and decorated nicely.air conditioner very loud in main bedroom.

If was a bit disappointing after traveling all day we had to make our own beds upon arrival. Property manager was great in communicating with us. Cleaners could have done a better job.

This location was great, so close to the beach! The condo had great decor and had everything we needed for a long weekend. My only complaints were that the AC never cooled the condo down and continuously ran. The master bedroom bed could probably use an update as well. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodations were comfortable and updated. It was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay there again.

The guy took it off bent the door back and used the same rusty screws and hinges! I watched him , it took about 30 mins.also the garage area is in bad shape, we were told we could use the storage unit for our unit, had a hard time opening it because it was warped, when we were able to open it the more smell was terrible. So basically there’s no storage for beach items. The living room windows were salt encrusted and very dirty. Much needed ceiling fans in bedrooms would help!!My granddaughter backed into an old warped door. They charged me 750.00 to fix it. All he did was remove the door , straighten the door, used the same rusty screws and hinges. I watched him , it took about 30 minutes. The garage area is in bad shape , the storage unit we were supposed to use took a long time to open because it also was warped, spelled so bad of mildew we closed it back up!! So there is no real storage area for your beach things.2 bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans , the windows in the living room were salt encrusted , could barely see out!! Proximity to the beach was good, also terrible parking!!

Perfect location, very nice, clean condo. I would definitely stay here again!

Parking is continently located next to stairs. Upon entering the condo- lighting was very dim, living room ceiling fan didn’t work. And no portable fan/ ceiling fan in bedrooms. Gets very hot. The master bed is very hot and uncomfortable had a dip in the middle. The room could use a mattress. The tv in master also wouldn’t connect to the internet kept giving us a “we are experiencing a problem connecting “ no washer/ dryer in the unit. Pictures make the place appear larger than reality. Shower curtain is to short so the floor gets really wet, and the shower bottom is very slippery. Place was clean. I did have a belonging fall behind the night stand and there was a lot of dust but the main floors were clean.

We had an issue with the sink one day and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. I would definitely stay here again.

This space was perfect for our two couples & two year old. Every aspect was renovated and clean. Having the outdoor storage to put your beach items in makes this place perfect…no sand in your car! The use of the electronic lock instead of a key also makes check in, check out, and everyday a lot easier. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Would absolutely recommend if vacationing with your family and would love to book this place again!

Only surprise was that due to the linen and towel package, you need to make your own beds upon arrival which was a tad disappointing given the cleaning fee. There was also a ring security system which made us feel safe, but would have been nice to have disclosed this prior to arrival for privacy reasons. All in all an amazing trip!!!

This was our first time visiting Ocean City, MD. This rental was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals during our stay. Everything is updated and super cute. The location was perfect too. You could walk right out to the beach, easily walk to restaurants/shops/ice cream, etc. I loved the reserved parking spot. It was a little tight for our Tahoe but we made it work. It was much better than having to searching for a parking spot at a big hotel parking lot. The only downfall I had (and it’s not a huge downfall- just more of a personal preference) was there was no washer and dryer. We would most definitely stay at this rental again if we went back to Ocean City!

The one issue we had this year is that there was some sand on the mattress cover that we noticed when making the bed. We vacuumed it up, no big deal. We really enjoy this unit!
