You'll have all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker, to make your meal making effortless. Savor your culinary creations at the countertop bar with seating for four, or gather around the exquisite wood dining table that comfortably accommodates six.

After a day of adventure, sink into the plush embrace of the large couch and two cozy side chairs. Whether you're watching a movie on the TV or immersing yourself in a captivating vacation read with a cup of hot cocoa, the gas fireplace will envelop you in its cozy comfort.

Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

An exclusive perk of this unit is its dedicated heated underground parking space for one vehicle, ensuring you never have to scrape off snow or ice. Additional outdoor parking for one car is available in the shared onsite lot.

    The property was comfortable and quiet. We were just there a night but the beds were comfortable. The place is starting to show a little wear but still looked nice. I would recommend it.

    Very spacious unit and in the perfect location. Remodeling was happening during our stay which limited the pool/hot tub experience, but I would definitely book here again. The large dining table was perfect for doing a jigsaw puzzle on one end and eating/playing games on the other.

    Beautiful condo with a good size balcony that has views of Mt Baldy and a small creek below. Walking distance to everything in Breck. Comes with a garage space which was nice. Jacuzzi is under construction which affected the view more than anything as we wouldn't have used it. Beds were comfortable. Nice living, dining and kitchen. A few minor issues were addressed right away and we would definitely stay again.

    Nice place! But no amenities were open which sucked for the kiddos. no pool or hot tub operable. No ice machines or laundry. Not a ski in and ski out! And peak 9 was closed so not a good location for spring to skiing.

    I forgot how amazing ski in ski out is! This property is steps away from the Peak 9 lift. We were able to come in, warm up, have lunch, and get back on the slopes. The condo hot tub was warm and fun to be outside. The property management was always very responsive to texts and super helpful. Loved the condo too - it was perfect for us!

    The condo was clean and served us well for a ski weekend. Could use tvs in the bedrooms for kiddos, but otherwise it's a nice place to hang out with friends or family. Fyi, the indoor hottub is under construction and unavailable to people though.

    Overall, a nice place. Couldn't get the fireplace to work. The listing showed a hot tub in the building, but it closes at certain times of the year. It would have been nice to know that.

    Property has easy access to Main Street for shopping and restaurants as we visited in the fall for the tree colors. Condo is very comfortable and worked great for a girlfriend's weekend with two bathrooms! Would be a great rental for family also and kitchen had all amenities needed should you desire to cook while there.

    This is a wonderful condo with a great balcony. You have to carry luggage up 8 stairs to get to the luggage carts and elevator. There is a small lift that you had to have a card to access. Sign states that luggage carries are not allowed on the lift. Not convenient for carrying heavy luggage and cooler. I checked that there was an elevator but did not expect to be carrying luggage up a flight of stairs. No elevator to the garage level also. If you have problems with stairs maybe look for another property.

    The contract isn't provided until after the money is paid. I didn't get a text about it until the morning of. I didn't receive an email which is the way I like to conduct business. It indicates that I essentially hold you harmless. So, if a short in your electrical wiring causes a fire and kills us then you're not responsible? That's BS! The check in/out process was a mess. I never received the combination to the lock box. Luckily the very helpful staff were on hand to help. Your checkout time of 10:00a is BS! We had to leave the condo by 9:30a to ensure we weren't late dropping our keys, etc. off by 10:00a so we wouldn't be charged a substantial penalty. The fact that you charge for early check-ins and late departures, when available, is BS! Be courteous and allow early check-in when possible. People understand if they're not. It's called Good Will. Make your check-out 11:00a, so people don't have to jump out of bed, pack up and leave. Your product is nice, but your process and policies are BS! And get some higher quality towels. For the amount I paid per night I expect towels that are higher quality than the ones I had in college.

    Condo was in prime location. Close to hikes and town. Condo is as described. And reviews are accurate as it outdated. So if you plan to be out and about and just need a place to nice place sleep and grab breakfast this place is perfect.

    The location of this place is great you can walk to Main Street. The apartment is old and it needs some maintenance in shower handles, lamps, painting. It would be nicer if it was a bit more updated. But it was very very clean.
