Great place and good value for the location and the amount of space. It’s upscale, modern and very comfortable. Easy Uber to everywhere.
We had such an amazing time in Nashville!! This place was wonderful! It was clean and the decor was amazing! It was simple yet elegant and it was just right for our girls trip.
We enjoyed our stay and everything was just as it should be. The apartment was clean and everything was working just fine. We loved the Nashville experience.
Very clean! Perfect size for two couples. Small pool and entertain area. Short Uber ride to broadway. Need more dish towels! Only had one Coffee pot was broken, thank goodness we brought keurig pods.
It is a very nice, clean property with a nice outdoor area and close to Broadway. Highly recommend!
The apartment was perfect. My only complaint would be that I thought the pool was closer. Not across the parking lot.
We had a great time for the 5 nights in Nashville! Accommodations were lovely! We found it to be a 40 minute walk to Broadway and 5th where all the action is. We took an Uber in ($12) and we walked home and stopped for dinner along the way. Next time I would find a place a bit closer to the action and to be able to relax for a bit mid afternoon with a shorter diatance to walk. We found once we were downtown at the honky tonks we stayed there until it was time to head home. I booked this place becasue of the pool and hoping to have an opportunity to relax but we never even made it to the pool. It was all shaded in and no sunshine to catch some rays - trees covered the entire pool.
Pros: Cute & clean place. Looks just like the pictures. Updated appliances & comfortable beds. $15-$20 Uber ride to Broadway. 45 minute walk (1.8 miles) Cons: Incorrect entry code to the main door, took over an hour to contact & get the right one at our 4pm check-in time. 1 .5 rolls of TP… 4 people 4 days just isn’t enough. Lol
It was bigger than we expected, and very clean. We enjoyed the property, and having parking was a huge plus! It wasn’t quite as walkable as we thought, but Ubers and Lyfts abound, so it wasn’t an issue. The only qualm we had was the sleeper couch. Whoever gets stuck on that isn’t likely to sleep at all. But we didn’t mind sharing rooms so it didn’t matter. It really is a beautiful space and we had such an easy time booking and accessing everything we needed!
We had a great time. We liked we were close to everything but far enough away. Everything in the place was great - we really enjoyed having all of the appliances to use. One thing we would suggest is the door that leads out to the parking lot - should be a dead bolt. We were sitting in the living room and 3 times someone tried to use that door to get in the building & one actually walked right in while we were there. It was concerning after that knowing it was not a deadbolt out to the parking lot. Everything else was superb!
Nice looking place with a small pool and gym close to Broadway.
A nice gated location, plenty of parking. Very new and updated. A quick 10 - 20 minute drive to downtown depending on traffic. Felt like it was a little expensive for what we paid but overall we were happy with it.
Overall positive experience. Minor difficulties receiving correct door codes.
Place was clean...beautiful and perfect location!! Pool was deceiving....and we purchased a toaster for unit!!
As beautiful as the photos are, they do not do this property justice! Very spacious and the hosts have thought of everything. We will absolutely stay here again! FYI- Waze and Google Maps did not get us to the gates easily so make sure you come to the end of 21st Ave past the Foundry. When it dead ends, the gates are on the right. Waze and Google Maps try to take you to the parking garage of the Foundry.
Very clean and well looked after. Great beds and good kitchen and laundry facilities. The bathroom tap was only a trickle at maximum. But apart from that it all worked well.
The property was clean and had everything the 5 of us needed for a weekend stay. Close to the things we wanted to do, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.
super clean and beds were so comfortable!!!
The property was great once you got in. The code for the door didn't work and it took an hour or two to get a return call from someone. I didn't get a text until the next morning.
The place was tidy and clean with your basics. Although it was a short drive, It was a great location to stay for our downtown area vacation.
Checkin was easy and the place is very inviting.
The property was very nice and I would stay again.
The condo is amazing! Pros: size, so clean, a/c worked awesome, decorated cute, easily accessible Cons: paper thin walls, pool size and cleanliness, condo toilet was wobbly
The condo had everything we needed. Location was close to main attractions. Great place to stay!
The home was perfect for 2 couples. Super cleaned & well stocked with the essentials, towels, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. Location was convenient - a quick Uber ride from the airport & all the areas of Nashville.
