Immaculate Beachfront Penthouse

Place was awesome. If you don’t have the best week of your life it’s 100% on you. If you’re disappointed, please have a family member who is stuck with you, slap you really hard!

This was one of our favorite properties in LBTS! It was very spacious and clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable! Communication was easy with Chris. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was also well stocked. We loved having an ice maker for making ice cream!

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The penthouse was even more beautiful, well equipped and comfortable than described. The grounds, including 2 pools are beautiful and very well maintained. The ocean view is stunning from the balcony. The ocean water was warm with just the right amount of waves to body surf a little. WE LOVED IT.

Property was nice but how we were treated by the owner with the issues we were having was completely frustrating and it ruined half of our stay. VRBO's contribution towards helping was useless, meaningless, and worthless. Worst VRBO stay ever.

This is a great property. Clean, spacious condo. Beautiful veranda with ocean/pool view. Just a short walk to the beach/pool. Great location, part of Litchfield by the sea community. Have vacationed at same property last two years!

My extended family checked out of this property yesterday and we hated to leave. Finest condo we have stayed in at Pawleys Island and we go every year. Super clean, very well stocked , great location and view. We almost lived on the covered deck with such comfortable chairs. Chris, the host was very responsive to my inquiries and we hope to contact him about staying there next year.Tim M.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and clean and comfortable! It was a great gathering place for dinner with the grandkids! They loved the extra games the owner had and the extra beach towels! The pool and beach were very nice! Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Loved our time away and the condo was extremely roomy as well as welcoming. We had a small issue with the AC of which I was able to fix. We had a lot of relaxing time on the balcony with a great breeze. Pools were fantastic as well as beach time.

Fantastic stay! This condo is well equipped and very comfortable with lovely furnishings- one of the best in Lithchfield by the Sea! Will definitely book again!

The condo was exactly as described. Well appointed with everything you would need. Even plenty of beach towels, games, books, ect. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. The best feature is the huge covered porch.

This is our second year staying here. It is so pleasant! I love the fact that there is indoor and outdoor seating for all the people the unit can hold! Love the coffee/wet bar area.

Had a great time at Litchfield with my family celebrating my mom’s birthday.

We returned to this condo again this year after an amazing stay last year. Unfortunately the storm cut our stay short but the condo and location were still perfect and Chis could not have been more helpful and accommodating to try and make the best of it due to the storm. Ideal location and so roomy with all the comforts you can ask for- definitely recommend and hope to return again next year

Arrived to a well maintained open spaced beach condo with an amazing view of the ocean and beach below!! My wife, daughter and son-in-law enjoyed our stay. Wife and daughter made most of beach, immaculate pools and nearby shopping. Son-in-law and I enjoyed multiple rounds of golf at close by courses. An awesome location with on site amenities, walk and bike paths, tennis courts, etc will be returning for future visits to the South Carolina coast. P.S. … close to Franks and Bistro 217 for awesome dinners!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice views of the ocean from the fifth floor. Condo was well stocked and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

This penthouse had everything we needed for our family vacation. The open floorplan and bedroom layout were perfect. Also has great views from the balcony.
